Apex was engaged to design and construct the Cardrona Valley water treatment plant on a greenfield site to provide drinking water to the new Mt Cardrona Station development and the existing Cardrona Village.

 This water treatment plant includes membrane filtration, chemical dosing systems and gas chlorination and will supply the existing village as well as a new residential development, supporting the future of this growing community.

‍The overall project included construction of the plant building and site development including site parking, fencing and landscaping. Apex staff are now operating the plant for a two-year period, with access systems allowing remote supervision and optimisation.‍
