Design & Build
We offer a wide range of options to ensure your treatment plant continues to perform well after commissioning is complete. In many locations we can provide operational staff to take care of all aspects of plant operation and maintenance. We can also support your site personnel to ensure your treatment plant is appropriately operated and maintained, including the completion of specialist activities such as the chemical cleaning of membrane bioreactors and servicing chemical dosing equipment.
We make full use of remote access systems to ensure we can support you in the operation of your plant from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.
Advisory
Our staff can assist in the optimisation and upgrade of existing treatment plants, including commissioning, as well as the complete design of new plants. We frequently undertake pilot plant studies on client sites to prove treatment processes where unique processes or equipment are employed.
Our advice starts at the consenting stage and we can lead, or support, you in obtaining all required consents. We also act as expert witnesses at resource consent hearings.
Operation & Maintenance
We work with your site personnel to ensure your treatment plant is appropriately operated and maintained for ongoing performance. This includes specialist activities, such as the chemical clean of membrane bioreactors.

Initial consultation
We meet with you on a no-obligation basis to determine your requirements, review available options, complete preliminary design and present you with a proposal for our recommended solution.

Project delivery
Following your review, we deliver the project including project management, procurement of all equipment and engagement of any required subcontractors. The system is fully tested and commissioned prior to handover.
3.
Ongoing support
We train your site staff for day to day operations and offer ongoing remote support via telemetry and scheduled service visits to ensure ongoing performance.
