What's the job?
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Administrator to join the Apex Team at our Auckland office in Mt Wellington. In this role you will work alongside the administration team, providing administration support in all aspects to ensure they deliver on time, every time.
You are a great multi-tasker, and you are comfortable working through a high volume of tasks whilst liaising with multiple teams. IT skills are one of your many strengths and Microsoft Office is a breeze to you meaning you will have everything organised and under control at the click of a mouse. The role is wide ranging and will include activities like, carrying out accounts payable and receivable tasks in MYOB, providing general accounts cover for the administration team, booking travel, manage reception and incoming calls, working with the various people in the organisation and other general administration tasks.
As a team player you'll thrive in this environment, assisting with development of processes and any other tools that are required, supporting the team and the delivery process.
We want someone who:
- Displays excellent communication and writing skills
- Has the ability to work under pressure to a high standard
- Is a consistent team player with the ability to work with a variety of people
- Is a Microsoft Office whizz with intermediate to advanced Excel and Word skills
- Is a Self-starter, prepared to take the initiative
- 5 years + previous experience in similar roles

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Accounts Administrator to join our Apex WaterTeam in Hornby, Christchurch. In this role you will work with the Finance and Administration team, carrying out accounts payable and receivable tasks in MYOB and provide general accounts cover for the administration team. You are a great multi-tasker, comfortable working through a high volume of tasks. IT skills are one of your many strengths and Microsoft Office is a breeze to you meaning you'll have everything organised and under control at the click of a mouse. You will have significant experience with AP/AR and be very comfortable navigating ERP systems.
As a team player you'll thrive in this environment, assisting with development of processes and tools when required, and supporting the Christchurch team with office administration duties as required.
