Ground Broken on Karaka Village Subdivision

19 April 2023

Following the completion of detailed design and obtaining of consents, we are pleased to be established on site and have works underway on this project to provide water and wastewater treatment infrastructure to an 850-house subdivision on a greenfield site south of Auckland.  

"Process equipment will start to be delivered to site this month to support completion of the work by Christmas."

Earthworks are progressing, retaining walls are complete, the slab for the water treatment plant building has been poured, and the steel frame erected and construction of the concrete wastewater treatment plant tanks has started.
