Oil Separator

We manufacture oil separators for the effective separation of floating oils, grease and heavy solids from wastewater streams.

Constructed using 20’ or 40’ shipping containers, the separators feature stainless steel hoppers, an inlet flow distribution system and adjustable overflow weir, with a choice of manual or actuated valves for periodically drawing off settled solids from the bottom of the hoppers.

Floating oil and grease can be decanted off the top into IBCs or drums for beneficial reuse.

Our Oil Separators are ideal for applications that do not require dissolved air flotation (DAF) but need more capacity than in-ground oil and grease separators.

One of the features of the Apex oil separator is that it is easily transportable. It can be connected to existing wastewater infrastructure, thereby keeping costs as low as possible, adding to the functionality of your current infrastructure, rather than replacing it.
