New Wastewater Treatment for Redwood Cider
Consents for a new membrane bioreactor (MBR) wastewater treatment plant at Redwood Cider were achieved, allowing for the discharge of treated wastewater to a local stream via a wetland.
The advanced treatment system separates stormwater from wastewater, reduces the BOD in the wastewater from 14,000 to less than 50mg/L and can be monitored and operated by Apex Environmental from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.
